Golf Mindset

Inside the mind 300x300 Golf MindsetThe services we offer help golfers develop strong mental fitness and a mindset that transforms how golfers think about and play the game. We help golfers to think better more often and thereby enjoy golf more while they reduce their scores per round.  The most basic skills we teach involve valuing yourself as a golfer and recognizing that positive changes are possible by developing a growth mindset. Once we establish that first step, we work with you to perform your best more often. We have a set of tools to calculate your mental strengths and weaknesses as a golfer as well as a those to improve your performance on the golf course. The training plans we develop guide your practice and play, whether that means driving, chipping or putting better. For now, the most important task for us is to recognize where you are now and before we can help you generate more consistent performances on the golf course. A little time and effort spent here brings long-term benefits.

Plans are typically offered for 3, 6 or 9 months. We work face-to-face, over the telephone or through e-mail with golfers to ensure the developments they see are recognized. The services we offer are tailored to meet the needs of each golfer. For example, we help golfers to practise more effectively, prepare correctly for competition, develop confidence, concentration, motivation and to think better under pressure.
